For principals, school leaders and counsellors

Psychometric assessments for your whole school

Understand every student, class by class. Pollenminds runs age-appropriate assessments from class 3 to 12, in line with NEP 2020, and gives your school a report for every student, class-wise downloads, and early signals for students who may need support.

Our team, or your Pollenminds partner, sets up and manages your school's account, so your staff do not have to learn a new system.

Psychometric assessments for your whole school

Everything you need to run assessments at scale

Whole classes uploaded at once

Students are added from one spreadsheet per class (a sample file is provided). Each student gets a starting password and sets their own at first login.

Or students sign up themselves

Give students an activation code for your school; they register online and their results go straight to your school's list.

Reports for a whole class in one go

Reports for an entire class are prepared one by one in the background, with full checks. Your school and your partner get an email when they are ready.

Download everything as one file

Download each student's report, or the whole class as a single ZIP file, ready to share with parents and teachers.

You decide who downloads reports

Choose whether students can download their own report, or whether reports go only through the school.

Early signals: "Needs attention"

In classes 3-5, worrying answers (for example about self-harm) are flagged at once, so a counsellor can follow up. Flags can be marked as reviewed.

New session, same records

Move a whole class up at the start of the session in one step. Earlier reports keep the class they were taken in.

Track progress over time

Students can take an assessment again after six months, so you can see how they grow.

Students who leave

Students who leave the school can be removed from your list.

Teacher skill assessment

Assess your teaching staff on the 13 skill areas NEP 2020 expects, with each teacher's grades taught and main subject on the report.
